Our Enterprise Solutions business takes recruitment to another level and delivers long lasting partnerships with our clients providing a range of sourcing solutions across the ANZ region. We currently have an opportunity for you to join a well-established client and become our next Client Partner in Melbourne with our Toyota Account.

Your new role
Bringing your exceptional recruitment and customer service skills on a day to day you will be;
* Work with hiring managers to understand their current and future talent needs and present appropriate solutions for permanent and contract hiring
* Bring innovative ideas and turn them into improvements to process and service to help drive the success of the team
* Provide analysis and insights through data and analytics in order to consult hiring managers on their workforce
* Manage the contractor workforce managing contract extensions, timesheets and resolving any issues that may arise
What you'll need to succeed
We are open to experience level for our Client Partner opportunity as we know you are;
* Confident at building partnerships and engaging with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders
* Have excellent communication skills and the tact to manage complex situations
* Highly motivated and able to work autonomously in a dynamic work environment
* Able to utilise your critical thinking and influencing skills to work with stakeholders to consider solutions
* Passionate about delivering service excellence and proactively partnering with hiring managers to understand their current and future requirements.
* Flexibility to work from Toyota offices in Scoresby and Port Melbourne, with monthly meetings held at the Altona office
