At ALDI, we're looking for a skilled Duty Manager to join our team. As a Duty Manager, you'll be responsible for ensuring our store runs smoothly during your shift. You'll support and guide team members, handle customer inquiries, and work collaboratively as part of the store management team.
About the Role
We're seeking a leader who can drive sales, serve customers, and supervise team members with ease. Our ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to provide clear, constructive feedback, and exhibit professionalism in every interaction.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Opening and closing the store, ensuring everything is running efficiently
* Providing feedback to team members that's clear, concise, and inspiring
* Assisting in training and onboarding new team members
* Being a customer service superstar, serving customers with a smile at the registers
* Keeping shelves stocked with products, so our customers can find their favourites
* Monitoring the store for any incidents or hazards to ensure everyone's safety
