About The Opportunity
We are looking for a Medical Receptionist to join our Nowra team on a 12-month maximum term basis. You will be required to work between our Nowra and Ulladulla clinics.
What You Can Expect

Your Role
* Be the welcoming face of the clinic, handling patient registrations, bookings, triage, and queries.
* Process payments, issue receipts, and manage billing and invoicing.
* Operate our booking system efficiently.
* Assist with back-office activities, including outbound calls, data entry, and reporting.
About You
* Passionate about providing outstanding customer service and patient care.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Previous experience as a receptionist is preferably in a medical or healthcare setting.
* Comfortable working with different databases and systems.
