Job Title: HR Generalist Advisor
Adelaide Branch Job Summary:
As a key member of our Adelaide branch team, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive generalist HR support to ensure the smooth operation of our business.
We are seeking an experienced HR professional to join our team and contribute to the development of our high-performing workplace culture. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in human resources management, performance management, and recruitment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide generalist HR support to managers and employees across various business functions
- Coach and assist managers in performance management processes
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with managers and employees to drive business outcomes
- Build capability by providing coaching and support on people-related issues
- Provide advice on HR policies and procedures to all stakeholders
- Contribute to the development and review of HR policies, procedures, and forms in accordance with legislative requirements
- Foster a high-performing workplace culture that attracts and retains talented employees
- Talent Management (including end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle)
- Effectively communicate within the HR function to ensure consistency of high-quality service and support nationally
- Action queries through the HR inbox efficiently by responding promptly to all enquiries
- Data entry and maintenance of employee records
- Policy and process development, implementation, and compliance
- Support the coordination and delivery of initiatives and company recognition activities to build an inclusive and high-performance culture
- Occasional travel to other locations
Requirements:
- Tertiary Qualifications in Human Resources or significant experience working in the field
- Min 3 years in Human Resources (Ideally as a Generalist/Advisor or Business Partner)
- Demonstrated experience in Performance Management/Disciplinary Matters
- Recruitment Experience (Ideally blue and white collar)
- Ability to travel as required
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient user of MS Office Packages including Word, Outlook, Excel & PowerPoint
