Rentokil Initial seeks an enthusiastic Customer Care Executive to join our team based in Townsville on a temporary basis. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service via phone and email, as well as making outbound sales calls to promote products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
* Receiving inbound calls and email inquiries from domestic customers
* Proactively making outbound calls to existing customers to promote products and services
* Resolving customer queries quickly and accurately
* Scheduling appointments for residential customers
* Converting incoming inquiries into sales opportunities
Requirements include experience working in customer service or call centre environments, demonstrated experience in phone sales, and good negotiating skills. Proficient communication and problem-solving skills are also essential.
