The Role
As our Restaurant & Bar Manager, you'll lead the way in delivering warm, professional, and memorable experiences for every guest. Your day-to-day will include:
* Leading from the floor – being a visible, approachable presence during service.
* Managing daily operations across the restaurant and bar.
* Inspiring, mentoring, and developing your team to deliver exceptional service.
* Driving guest satisfaction by building strong relationships and handling feedback confidently.
* Overseeing costs, stock, and labour to ensure smooth, sustainable operations.
* Championing our service culture and creating an environment where guests and team members feel valued.
* Manage end-to-end recruitment and employee training activities.
About You
We're looking for someone who's passionate, proactive, and polished – a true hospitality professional. You'll bring:
* Previous experience as a Restaurant & Bar Manager (or ready to step up from Assistant Manager).
* Strong food knowledge and a genuine love for creating great dining experiences.
* A confident, hands-on leadership style with the ability to motivate a diverse team.
* Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with a calm approach under pressure.
* Professional presentation and a genuine can-do attitude.
* Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
