* Salary: $134,981 – $144,149 per annum, plus 17% Super and Leave Loading.

The Opportunity
As the Senior Project Manager, you will lead complex, high-value initiatives that directly support the University's strategic goals. Working within the Pay Confidence Program, you will shape project direction, establish delivery frameworks, and champion governance practices that improve operational efficiency. This role is central to building strong relationships across the institution and ensuring clear alignment between project outcomes and organisational priorities.
You will provide strategic leadership to cross functional teams, guiding planning, delivery, and problem solving across multiple simultaneous priorities. You will oversee risk, compliance, and performance reporting, and offer high level advice to senior stakeholders and governance committees. Your ability to manage significant budgets and resources will be essential to achieving timely, quality-driven project delivery.
The role also drives innovation in project management practice by embedding continuous improvement principles, strengthening collaboration, and supporting accountability across the program's workstreams.
What Success Looks Like:
* Deliver complex, multi stream projects on time, within scope and budget.
* Provide authoritative, high quality advice and reporting to senior leaders and governance groups.
* Establish and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to support alignment, collaboration and issue resolution.
* Identify, assess and mitigate risks while ensuring compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance project management capability.

About You
* Proven experience leading large scale, complex projects in multifaceted organisations.
* Strong capability in project planning, budgeting, resource allocation and governance.
* Advanced skills in risk management, analytical decision making and problem solving.
* Excellent stakeholder engagement, negotiation and communication abilities.
* Relevant degree with extensive experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
