We are a small, values-led team providing family-centered, child-led early intervention for young children and their families. Our therapy is grounded in play, connection, and everyday routines. Not drills, compliance, or "getting it right".

About the role
You'll support young children and families with:
* Speech and language development (including AAC use)
* Early communication and interaction
* Play and social communication
* Parent coaching embedded within everyday routines
Work settings may include our clinic, homes, childcares, and community environments.

About you
* Passion for early intervention and family-centered practice
* Reflective, collaborative, and open to learning
* SPA-registered Speech Pathologist
* Driver's license, RRHAN-EC, WWCC (or willingness to obtain)
* Australian citizenship or permanent residency is required
New graduates and clinicians with 1-2 years' experience are encouraged to apply.
