Key Responsibilities:
We have an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled lawyer with 3 to 5 years' post-admission experience to join our well-established Commercial and Corporate team.
You will be mentored by a team of experienced lawyers with diverse industry expertise, who undertake a wide range of complex work.
Candidate Requirements:
The ideal candidate is someone who possesses excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. You should be commercially aware, results-driven, and able to develop novel approaches to complex commercial problems. Strong drafting and negotiation skills are essential, as well as the ability to assess client risk appetite and identify opportunities for growth.
