Customer Experience Role
We are seeking a skilled Customer Experience Professional to provide technical support and product knowledge to our Real Estate agency clients.
This role involves providing assistance with technical and account-related enquiries from the simple to the complex, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty. You will work closely with an experienced Team Leader and contribute to delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide technical support to Real Estate agents and general consumers via phone, live chat, and email.
* Troubleshoot technical issues and create tickets when required.
* Maintain strong relationships with customers by being a valuable source of specialist product knowledge.
* Identify opportunities for process and product improvements based on client feedback.

Requirements
* Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
* Previous experience in fast-paced customer service / tech support roles.
* Excellent communication skills with a positive approach.
