We are seeking a Sales Associate to support our Halcyon Sales team at The Gables in Box Hill, NSW, on a 12‑month fixed term contract. This role plays a key part in delivering a welcoming, seamless and customer‑focused sales experience while supporting the broader sales and settlement process.

We’re Looking For a…

You will be the first point of contact for customers, providing high‑quality service and administrative support that helps convert enquiries into successful sales and settlements. Working onsite, you will support the Sales Manager and wider sales team to ensure the sales office, systems and customer journey operate smoothly and professionally.

What You’ll Do

* Provide a warm, professional and helpful experience for customers, builders and stakeholders
* Support day‑to‑day sales office operations, ensuring the physical environment and digital channels present to a high standard
* Assist with contract administration from release through to settlement
* Maintain accurate inventory, stocklists and online listings
* Manage daily and weekly reconciliations in line with licensing requirements
* Use CRM systems, including Salesforce, to track enquiries and support lead conversion
* Support customer contact programs and community engagement activities

This is a 12‑month fixed term contract, based onsite at The Gables, Box Hill, NSW, working Monday to Friday with occasional Saturdays as required.

About You

You enjoy helping people and take pride in delivering great customer experiences. You are organised, adaptable and comfortable working in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment. You are looking for a role where you can contribute to a high‑performing sales team while building experience within a well‑respected property and communities organisation.

Experience & Skills That Count

* Experience in a customer service or sales support role, ideally within property, retail, hospitality, call centre or service environments
* Strong administrative skills with high attention to detail
* Experience using CRM systems, Salesforce highly regarded
* Confident communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships
* Sound time management and organisational skills
