About the role:
You'll be hands-on from day one, working directly with clients and Partners on a broad mix of corporate matters. You'll be involved in:
* Public M&A (takeovers and schemes of arrangement).
* Equity capital markets (IPOs and other capital raisings).
* Private M&A.
* ASX Listing Rules and Corporations Act compliance.
* Corporate governance and advisory matters.
The ideal candidate:
* 2+ years' experience in a well-regarded corporate practice, with exposure to public M&A and/or equity capital markets
* Strong drafting skills and excellent attention to detail.
* Confidence building and maintaining client relationships.
* Proven ability to manage competing priorities, deadlines and transaction timelines.
* Clear, professional communication skills (written and verbal).
An interest in mentoring and supporting junior team members
