Role Overview: We're seeking a motivated and ambitious Candidate Resourcer (people person extraordinaire) to specialize in the Real Estate sector. Key Duties:
- Get to know people - Conduct candidate interviews and reference checks.
- Attract great candidates - craft compelling job advertisements.
- Make the match Proactively source new candidates and manage them through the recruitment process
- Collaborate with colleagues on recruiting positions.
- Assist consultants in taking job briefs.
Qualifications and Attributes:
- Experience in administration in fast-paced business, preferably in real estate, property or recruitment
- Positive can do attitude with a drive for career success.
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients & candidates.
- Advanced communication and interpersonal skills
- Bright, outgoing personality who enjoys a fun work environment.
