Novotel Brisbane Airport is currently recruiting a part-time Night Auditor.

About Us
The Brisbane Airport Hotels Group encompasses the Pullman, Novotel and ibis Brisbane Airport Hotels, as well as the Brisbane Airport Conference Centre. With 532 guest rooms, 3 restaurants, Rooftop Event Space, Executive Lounge, and 17 meeting spaces. Located at the Brisbane Airport precinct.
This role reports to the Night Manager and Front Office Manager, with responsibilities including leading the smooth night shift operation within the Front Office department。
Key Responsibilities Include:
* Addressing any guest requests, and any guest complaints.
* Answering guests queries in a timely and efficient manner.
* Ensuring accuracy & attention to detail with all cash and credit transactions.
* Managing the night audit process including correctly posting the hotel's revenue, accurately identifying discrepancies, and producing a complete night audit report thoroughly and accurately.
* Checking guests in and out.
To be successful in this role, you MUST have:
* Previous experience using Opera
* Excellent communication, interpersonal and time management skills.
* A friendly and outgoing personality.
* Excellent grooming and presentation standards.
* Strong analytical skills with a high level of computer literacy.
* The ability & flexibility to work across a 7-day working environment, including weekends and public holidays.
* Own transport is essential.
