**Your new role**
An exciting hybrid role has arisen within the Project & Development Services Directorate within an established ACT branch. The Workplace Change Manager-Built Form will be primarily responsible to lead and deliver workplace experience and change projects for clients. This position sits within the senior leadership team, thus you will also provide mentoring and leadership to the change team. The key day-to-day accountabilities will be spread across 3 areas;
**Program & Project Management**
- Support the delivery of workplace change and agile working projects, including coordination, planning and delivery
- Manage and schedule activities as per project requirements
- Complete regular service and project reporting where required
- Coordinate with other work streams across People & Culture and Technology
**Change Management**
- Lead and deliver assigned change programs in accordance with internal frameworks
- Develop comprehensive strategies that include impact assessments, change roadmaps, barriers and risk assessments
- Develop quality communication and engagement tools
- Prepare and facilitate user experience workshops
**Space Planning and Move Management**
- Provide support and SME input into strategic space planning for major projects
- Develop stack plans for projects and major consolidations as required
- Liaise and facilitate move management services
- Develop block plans for relocations in consultation with the client and key stakeholders
**What you'll need to succeed**
- Qualifications in change or project management, Architecture or Design
- A sound understanding of workplace models (Agile, flexible working and hotdesking)
- Planning and organisational skills to develop programs
- Exposure to workplace design strategy
- Ability to clearly articulate plans, programs and projects
- Ability to work autonomously and in a team
- High level of people and stakeholder management skills
- A security clearance at a Baseline or NV1 level
