Carehaven Services is seeking compassionate and skilled healthcare professionals to provide high-quality, person-centred clinical care in clients' homes across Portland NSW 2847. This is a rewarding chance to make a real difference in the lives of our clients.
Roles Available:
* Community Nurse (Clinical Care)
* Conduct wound assessments and provide appropriate care
* Manage chronic diseases
* Provide post-hospital/discharge care
* Support clients with catheter, stoma, and continence care
* Liaise with GPs, allied health professionals, and family members as required
* Administer medications and monitor vital signs
* Provide health education and support for clients and their families
* Respond to urgent care needs within scope of practice
Qualifications and Skills:
* Registered Nurse (RN) with current AHPRA registration
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Solid time management and organisational abilities
* Compassionate, patient-centred approach
* Current driver's license and willingness to travel locally to client homes
Job Type: Casual
Pay: $51.00 - $102.28 per hour
