If so, we'd love for you to bring your skills and enthusiasm to our Children's Services team. As a valued member of our team, you will help shape the future of young learners, ensuring their physical, emotional, cognitive, and social development through engaging and developmentally appropriate activities.

In this role, you will assist in delivering educational programs that align with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and contribute to the creation of enriching and inclusive learning experiences. Your attention to detail and proactive approach will help ensure that every child receives the attention and care they need to thrive in a secure, clean, and nurturing environment.

As Assistant Educator, you will build strong, positive relationships with families and ensure open communication about their child's experiences and progress. You'll support the inclusion of families through collaborative activities and events, helping to create a welcoming atmosphere for all visitors. In addition, you will be a key contributor to maintaining the highest standards of child well-being and safety by adhering to child protection policies and responding to children's physical and emotional needs as they arise. You will also provide support in administering first aid when needed and actively participate in team discussions and reflective practices to continually enhance the quality of the program.

To succeed in this role, you will need an ACECQA-approved Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care (or be working towards it), along with a current Working with Children Check (WWCC), First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma Management certifications.
