Job Title: Program Coordinator - Educational Operations
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Coordinator to join our team in educational operations. This is a full-time, continuing role that will see you work closely with teaching teams across various Health Science units within Non-Award Education Pathways at ACU.
The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating teaching teams, ensuring the smooth delivery of non-award and enabling programs across multiple campuses and online. You will have operational leadership responsibilities, focusing on curriculum maintenance, program delivery, and enhancing the student learning experience. Your collaboration with the Program Manager (Curriculum) and the Program Manager (Operations) will ensure high-quality curriculum development and implementation, while fostering engaging and compliant learning environments for students.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate teaching teams across multiple campuses and online.
* Maintain and develop curriculum for non-award and enabling programs.
* Support the delivery of non-award and enabling programs through operational leadership.
* Enhance the student learning experience through effective program delivery and coordination.

Qualifications and Experience:
You will need to have a relevant tertiary qualification and significant experience in a related field. You will also need to hold Australian work rights and be able to obtain a Working with Children Check (WWCC).
