Your new role
As the Site Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of a 50-townhouse construction project. You'll oversee all on-site activities, ensuring the project is delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standards. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Coordinating trades, subcontractors, and suppliers
* Managing site safety, compliance, and quality control
* Monitoring project timelines and reporting progress
* Liaising with the Project Manager and stakeholders
* Driving a positive and productive site culture
What you'll need to succeed
* Proven experience as a Site Manager on medium to large-scale residential projects
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* A deep understanding of construction processes, safety, and compliance
* Ability to manage multiple trades and maintain project momentum
* Relevant qualifications in construction or building supervision
