About the Job:
As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will be responsible for maintaining the operations of a busy dining outlet and ensuring optimal customer service levels. You will act as an escalation point for frontline staff and assist the management team in team participation, leadership, innovation, and financial evaluation.

Requirements:
* A minimum of 2 years' experience in a Supervisory role
* A desire and dedication to promote and represent the Crown brand
* Demonstrated leadership experience in empowering and supervising people and diverse groups
* Proven experience in supervising projects and priorities to meet business outcomes
* Experience in Food and Beverage service within a 5-star environment is highly desirable
