The Executive Assistant will be responsible for the effective and efficient support, assistance and coordination for the Executive Manager and NSW & ACT Environment and Heritage Teams.
**Day-to-day you will have the following primary responsibilities**:
- General support which may include general research, data management, assistance with consultation and, as required, liaison with external parties
- Diary management, coordination and setup of activities and commitments for the Executive Manager - Environment NSW & ACT
- Maintain overview and strong management of workflow, tasks to be delivered by the Executive Manager, Outlook inbox and diary commitments to provide the highest level of proactive scheduling support allowing for maximum time utilisation
- Provide support for group initiatives and projects including supporting the team to effectively deliver these initiatives
- Support the administration team including the workflow and workload as assessed necessary in accordance with timelines and tasks supplied via the Administration Ticket Desk in Umwelt's SharePoint system
**About you**
We are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant who sees themselves as a go-getter and self-starter, with the ability to take initiative and be agile to work across a range of task and can pivot as required. The role is broad and very hands-on so requires a proactive and adaptable approach with a high level of attention to detail and strong communication skills. In addition, you will be a critical thinker with strong problem solving abilities who has a strategic mind-set and business acumen for comprehension.
- Demonstrated EA & Administration experience and skills
- The ability to provide high level executive support in a professional services company
