We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team in Eastern Creek
- Act as a liaison between Operations, Account Management, Finance and the Customer
- Support existing and new products and services, looking at ways of reducing costs
- Inform clients of order status in a timely manner
- Solve customer complaints in conjunction with responsible departments
- Escalate complaints of service failures to designated manager/supervisor/Account
- Assist and resolve invoice queries in conjunction with operations/account management
- Administrative support
- Assist senior management with site related reports and activities
- Assist coordinate special events or corporate activities
- Operate cross functional tasks covering all aspects of office duties
- Perform data analyses for commercial reviews
**What we are looking for**:
- Previous experience within the Logistics industry in a customer service or administration role. 3PL experience advantageous
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient with the Microsoft Office skills
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Ability to build relationships with, and support, a wide variety of stakeholders
- Proactive, can-do attitude and passion for learning and continuous improvement
