The Role
We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Mental Health Nurse to provide clinical and therapeutic support to NDIS participants with psychosocial and mental health needs. The role involves delivering recovery-oriented care, developing tailored support plans, and working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic, person-centred outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
As a Mental Health Nurse, you will:
* Provide clinical assessments and develop individualised care plans
* Deliver recovery-focused mental health interventions and psychoeducation
* Administer and monitor treatment plans in collaboration with healthcare providers
* Support participants in managing daily living, emotional regulation, and wellbeing
* Maintain accurate and confidential clinical documentation
* Liaise with families, support coordinators, and allied health professionals to promote continuity of care
* Advocate for participants to ensure their rights, dignity, and preferences are respected
About You
* Registered Nurse (Division 1) with current AHPRA registration
* Postgraduate qualifications or experience in mental health nursing
* Demonstrated experience supporting individuals with complex mental health or psychosocial needs
* Strong clinical assessment, care planning, and communication skills
* Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team
* Compassionate, professional, and committed to person-centred care
NDIS Compliance Requirements
Applicants must have or be willing to obtain the following:
* NDIS Worker Screening Check
* Working with Children Check
* Police Check
* Current First Aid and CPR certification
* NDIS Orientation Module completion
