Houseperson Role
As a Houseperson, you will play a vital role in ensuring our hotel's guest rooms are clean and well-stocked.
Key Responsibilities:
* Distribute linens and replenish amenities to floors
* Assist Room Attendants as requested and deliver guest requests
* Maintain guest room pantries and ensure all equipment is in good working order
* Help answer guest requests and assist where possible
About You:
* Must have a friendly and enthusiastic attitude with the ability to interact positively with guests and the hotel team
* Possess full Australian working rights
* Have a proven track record of room servicing
* Take pride in customer service and possess excellent communication skills
* Be willing and available to work an average of 4 days per week
* Strong organisational and time management skills are essential
* Ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team
* Demonstrate honesty and reliability
* Take pride in your work and be respectful towards yourself and colleagues
