Lead Regional Operations Manager
We are seeking an experienced Lead Regional Operations Manager to oversee the delivery of high-quality services, drive positive outcomes for young people and empower teams in Cairns, QLD.
* The successful candidate will lead regional operations, ensuring strong financial oversight, proactive workforce planning and the growth and improvement of programs.
* This role involves recruiting, training, mentoring and supervising Case Managers and program staff, fostering a safe and collaborative culture.
* You will also oversee risk management processes, ensure adherence to organisational and regulatory requirements and provide consistent reporting to senior leaders.
* An important aspect of this role is building meaningful relationships with community partners, agencies and departmental stakeholders to strengthen service delivery outcomes.
About You
* Certificate IV, Diploma or Bachelor in Child, Youth & Family Intervention, Social Work, Psychology, Education or a related field.
* Proven experience in youth services management and leading multidisciplinary teams.
* Strong leadership capability with the ability to inspire, motivate and resolve conflicts sensitively and effectively.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building strong stakeholder relationships.
* Understanding of trauma-informed care and the challenges young people face within the sector.
* Working with children's check & NDIS Worker Screening Clearance required.
