We're looking for a Senior Sourdough Baker to join our leadership team and help guide the next chapter of our bakehouse.
This is a hands-on role for a skilled baker who understands the rhythm of sourdough production and thrives in a collaborative environment where quality, consistency and calm leadership matter.
What you'll be doing
* Working within the leadership team to oversee daily production and maintain quality standards
* Managing fermentation schedules, dough development and bake times
* Supporting and mentoring bakers and apprentices
* Helping refine systems, recipes and processes as we grow
* Bringing new ideas to strengthen our range and efficiency
About you
You're an experienced baker with genuine respect for craft and the people behind it. You'll bring:
* Deep knowledge of naturally leavened bread and artisan techniques
* Strong organisational skills and an eye for detail
* The ability to lead by example while collaborating as part of a close team
* A calm, steady presence during early starts and busy days
