About the Role We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Project Estimator with a strong background in water, wastewater, and pump station infrastructure. You'll work closely with the sales and engineering teams to develop competitive, accurate estimates for technically complex projects. This is a full-time role within a collaborative and high-performing estimating team. Key Responsibilities Prepare accurate and competitive cost estimates from drawings, specifications, and site information. Read and interpret P&ID and client drawings. Source supplier pricing and estimate labour costs (internal and subcontracted). Assist in design reviews and project handovers to ensure cost alignment. Provide technical input to support hydraulic and mechanical queries. Identify cost-saving opportunities and value-add solutions to help win bids. What You’ll Need to Succeed Minimum 3 years' experience in estimating / project management of water & wastewater/pump station projects Open to pump technicians looking to progress into estimating positions Ability to read and interpret P&ID and engineering drawings. Strong understanding of pumps, hydraulics, and water infrastructure components. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
