We are seeking a Maintenance Engineer Leader to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for planning and carrying out preventative maintenance throughout the hotel to maintain high standards for a positive guest experience.
The ideal candidate will have a trade qualification in electrical or mechanical engineering and a minimum of 2 years relevant experience managing maintenance in a large multi-storey complex.
Key responsibilities will include:
* Ensuring all team members are competent in the safe and effective use of equipment and chemicals, following manufacturer instructions.
* Liaising with the General Manager and Financial Controller regarding contractor use, expenditure control, and quality standards.
