Job Description:
As a Senior Site Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management and successful delivery of hotel and apartment construction projects. You will lead on-site operations, coordinate with stakeholders, ensure compliance with safety and quality standards, and drive project timelines and budgets.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and supervise on-site construction activities for hotel and apartment projects.
* Develop and implement site management plans, schedules, and budgets.
* Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure project specifications are met.
* Monitor progress and quality of work, ensuring adherence to safety, environmental, and building regulations.
* Manage site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers effectively.
* Identify and resolve issues promptly to keep projects on track.
* Conduct regular site meetings and reporting to senior management.
* Ensure documentation, safety protocols, and compliance standards are maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications & Experience:
* Proven experience as a Senior Site Manager in hotel and/or apartment projects.
* Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and under tight deadlines.
* Relevant degree or diploma in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
* Relevant certifications (e.g., CSCS, Site Management Safety Training Scheme) are preferred.
