The Sales Manager
The Sales Manager will be a commercially minded, results-driven professional with proven experience in driving revenue growth. The successful candidate will demonstrate outstanding relationship-building skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to lead the sales process from lead generation through to contract handover. This person will thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment and be motivated by achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
* Drive sales performance to meet and exceed monthly and annual revenue targets.
* Lead the sales process from lead qualification through to contract handover.
* Develop and implement sales strategies to build new business and maintain existing client relationships.
* Deliver effective presentations and tailored proposals to prospective clients.
* Oversee accurate use of CRM systems and reporting of sales data.
* Collaborate with marketing to ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment.
* Stay abreast of industry trends, technical developments, and competitor activity.
* Provide leadership, guidance, and support across the sales function.

Qualifications & Experience
* Proven track record of success in a sales management role, preferably within the pool, spa, construction. construction supplier or technical/tool supplier related industry.
* Tertiary education in business or Project Management desirable.
* Demonstrated experience in customer service and account management.
* Marketing oversight or understanding advantageous.
* Valid Victorian Driver's Licence
