Operating within a national network, you’ll step into a role that offers genuine autonomy, end-to-end accountability, and the chance to shape how the branch operates day to day. You’ll lead a small team, strengthen customer relationships, and drive sustainable commercial performance.
What you’ll be responsible for:
* Full ownership of branch performance and profitability
* Driving sales, customer engagement and local market presence
* Leading, coaching and developing your team
* Embedding strong operational standards and service excellence
* Identifying and executing growth opportunities
About you:
* Proven experience in branch management, business management or senior operational leadership
* Background in trade wholesale, construction, plumbing, electrical or a related sector (preferred, not essential)
* Strong people leader with a customer-first mindset
* Commercially astute, confident and comfortable with autonomy
* Motivated by ownership, impact and long-term success
