Job Description:
The successful candidate will lead a team of Client Services Representatives, driving member experience enhancements and exceptional service standards. This role involves overseeing daily operations, providing subject matter expertise, and supporting member services initiatives.
Key responsibilities include managing the workload of direct reports, scheduling, ensuring resources are optimized, and compiling data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement.
Requirements:
* Post-secondary education or equivalent training
* CEBS designation
* Minimum seven (7) years of experience working in pension administration with progressively more senior responsibilities
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, be knowledgeable about government policy and legislation affecting pension benefits, and maintain detailed knowledge of plan text, member and employer communication, and pension administration processes and procedures.
