We are seeking an experienced Facade Site Supervisor to join our Gold Coast team delivering large-scale, Tier 1 high-rise residential and mixed-use developments.
This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on leader with strong façade installation experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage site installers and subcontractors
* Coordinate with builder, crane crews, and logistics
* Ensure QA, safety, and compliance (AS2047 / AS1288 experience preferred)
* Monitor programme and report daily progress
* Assist in defect management and handover
About You
* Proven experience on high-rise projects
* Ability to read shop drawings and IFC documentation
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* White Card (essential)
