About the Role
We’re looking for a Product Manager, Personalisation & Martech to help deliver the future of customer engagement at Optus. Sitting within the Scout Squad of our Personalisation team, you’ll support the development and execution of smart, data-driven experiences that connect with customers in meaningful ways—across app, messaging, retail, and contact centre.
In this role, you’ll work closely with cross-functional squads, technology partners, and key internal stakeholders to bring new personalisation capabilities to life. You’ll activate high-impact use cases, champion business adoption, and help shape the evolution of how we personalise at scale. Whether you're contributing to strategic initiatives like Centralised Decisioning or helping deploy engaging customer journeys across mobile and digital channels, your work will make a visible impact.
This is a hands-on, collaborative role that suits a team player with a keen interest in marketing technology, product thinking, and customer-first design.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Deliver key use cases that demonstrate the value of personalisation capabilities and support business integration.
* Activate customer journeys that improve engagement, conversion, and experience across key digital and assisted channels.
* Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to track KPIs and continuously optimise customer engagement strategies.
* Work closely with agile squads to prioritise and deliver personalisation capability improvements, using agile frameworks to manage delivery.
* Support cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Product, Digital, and Marketing to ensure seamless integration across platforms.
* Partner with leading platforms such as Lexer, Salesforce, Google, and Pega to coordinate development and implementation of personalised experiences.
About You
You bring a customer-first mindset and a passion for digital and marketing technologies. You're organised, collaborative, and can balance short-term delivery with long-term strategic thinking.
You’ll bring
* Tertiary qualifications or equivalent industry experience
* Product Management experience with understanding of marketing technologies and digital platforms.
* Experience delivering or supporting implementation of Martech solutions.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
* Able to work effectively across teams, stakeholders, and vendors.
* A strong team player who takes accountability for outcomes.
* Curious and creative, with an interest in data, customer behaviour, and digital journeys.
* Confident in engaging stakeholders across all levels of the business.
* Driven to help shape the future of personalisation at Optus.
