Optical Assistant Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Optical Assistant to join our team. As the first point of contact for all customers, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and supporting our Optometrists with pre-testing.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be passionate about creating meaningful connections, and have a strong attention to detail. Previous retail/customer service experience is required, with optical experience highly desirable but not essential as full optics training will be provided.
* Key Responsibilities:
* - Support our Optometrists with pre-testing
* - Offer customers frame styling advice
* - Dispense glasses with various lens options
* - Build strong rapport and create a memorable customer journey
