The role of General Manager - Home Services is to oversee a diverse team of professionals who coordinate a wide-reaching home services support program for older Australians in our region.
The primary responsibilities include ensuring timely and quality home improvement outcomes, coordinating home care needs, leading the home services team with a focus on continuous improvement, efficiency development, professional and team development, workplace wellness, managing budgets and reporting metrics to stakeholders, and furthering stakeholder relationships and service growth.
The successful candidate will have prior experience in a similar support services role, previous delivery of Commonwealth Home Support Program (CHSP) and Home Care Packages, and an understanding and appreciation of government legislation and compliance.
You will form an integral part of the senior management team and contribute to other departments with your knowledge. This sector is tipped to grow in the short and long term, and our client is preparing to increase their commitment in this area.
