The Opportunity
We are seeking a Customer Success Manager to support our enterprise customers across Australia and the broader APAC region. This is a high‐impact role focused on driving customer adoption, retention, and business growth through strategic engagement and hands‐on relationship management.
As a Customer Success Manager, you will be the trusted advisor to a portfolio of high‐value enterprise clients, ensuring they realize maximum value from our solutions. You'll work closely with cross‐functional teams and report to the Customer Success Director to help shape and execute our regional success strategy.
What You'll Do
Customer Success Execution
* Deliver on the regional customer success strategy by driving adoption, value realization, and long‐term retention across your portfolio.
* Identify and understand Customer Success objectives and outcomes specific to these initiatives.
Stakeholder Engagement
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer stakeholders, including senior executives, to position Prometheus and Customer Success as a trusted advisor.
Business Reviews
* Organize, prepare and lead QBRs/EBRs to align strategic goals, influence roadmap adoption and drive key business outcomes for the customers and Prometheus.
Adoption & Consumption
* Drive solution adoption and consumption of Prometheus tools leveraging customer business objectives.
* Identify new opportunities for customers to leverage new or expanded Prometheus solutions.
Cross‐Functional Collaboration
* Work closely with Sales, Solution Advisory, Product, Professional Services, and Support to ensure a seamless customer experience.
* Manage through crisis and de‐escalate customer situations.
Customer Advocacy
* Act as the voice of the customer internally, providing feedback to improve product and service delivery.
Retention and business growth
* Manage customer health, mitigate churn and manage renewals of Prometheus solutions/services.
* Initiate and drive renewal conversations.
* Identify/qualify expansion opportunities and support the sales team in expansion and upsell efforts within the portfolio.
Process Excellence
* Follow and contribute to scalable processes, playbooks, and success metrics that drive consistency and impact.
What You Bring
* Relationship‐driven mindset with excellent verbal and non‐verbal communication skills.
* Experience driving renewals, expansions, and up‐sells of subscription or perpetual license‐based solutions.
* Strong executive presence and relationship building skills.
* Experience and knowledge of Customer Success engagement models, strategies, and processes.
* Proven ability to handle difficult customer situations and discuss challenges with customer executives.
* Experience with cloud software solutions and delivery models.
* Ability to apply risk‐mitigation strategies to customer situations.
* Proven ability to manage complex customer relationships, drive retention and identify growth opportunities.
* Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
* High level of business acumen and a proactive, solution‐oriented mindset.
* Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a fast‐paced environment.
* Experience working with asset‐intensive industries (energy, utilities, mining, manufacturing) is a plus.
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
* 4+ Years experience in enterprise software/SaaS customer success, account management, or consulting.
