Position Purpose
As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be responsible for delivering end‐to‐end recruitment across technical roles. You'll work closely with stakeholders to attract, engage, and secure top talent while ensuring a seamless candidate experience.

* 12‐month fixed‐term contract
* Salary: $120K–$130K + 14% super
* 6 weeks' annual leave (incl. additional leave benefit)
* Free onsite parking
* No security clearance required
* On‐site, stakeholder‐facing role
The Opportunity
This is a dynamic, hands‐on recruitment role within a collaborative People & Culture team.
Key responsibilities include:
* End‐to‐end recruitment delivery
* Recruiting technical roles across the business
* Headhunting via SEEK, LinkedIn and networks
* Partnering with hiring managers
* Managing candidate pipelines
* Coordinating interviews and offers
* Maintaining accurate reporting and recruitment administration
* Building strong internal stakeholder relationships
About You – What You'll Bring
You are a proactive and confident recruiter who thrives in a fast‐paced, stakeholder‐driven environment.
You will bring:
* Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
* Agency or in‐house background
* Strong stakeholder engagement skills
* Experience recruiting technical roles
* Strong headhunting capability
* Excellent administration and reporting skills
* Experience with HR systems
* Australian Citizenship (essential)
Highly regarded:
* Defence recruitment experience
* Exposure to engineering or project‐based environments
