Management Accountant – 4 Month Contract

$45 – $50 per hour
Stellar Recruitment is seeking a technically strong Management Accountant for a 4-month contract based in Central Dunedin.
This is a hit-the-ground-running role. You'll work closely with the Finance Manager and focus purely on delivering quality financial reporting and reconciliations. Systems training will be provided, but this is not a development role, we need someone who can make an immediate impact from day one.
Key Responsibilities:
* Extracting Trial Balance & General Ledger
* Preparing balance sheet reconciliations
* Daily bank and payroll reconciliations
* P&L review and analysis
* Importing financial data into Trial Balance and analysing
* Working alongside external auditors
About You:
* CA / ACCA / ACMA qualified (or very close to completion) strongly preferred
* Proven experience at Management Accountant level
* Confident working autonomously in a short-term contract
* Strong attention to detail and technical capability
* Clear written and verbal English communication skills
