Overview
You're good at producing accurate take-offs, reliable job costing and keeping projects organised, within the timelines and on budget. You know you can hit the ground running, taking over projects and making sure the right results are achieved. You are now looking for your next challenge and opportunity to add value. You enjoy working with numbers, systems and structured processes, and you know that when the estimating and scheduling is done properly, the entire project runs better. You are not someone who cuts corners or rushes through work. You pay attention to detail, you check your numbers and you take responsibility for the accuracy of your work. You will take ownership of key estimating and scheduling functions that support our construction team and ensure projects are set up properly from the start. This role is to cover a maternity leave contract but there may be an opportunity to stay on even after our team member returns, with continued growth if it is possible. You'll work on projects ranging from residential renovations, new homes, small to medium developments and land subdivisions. No project is ever the same.
