About the Role We’re looking for a Senior TechOne Systems Analyst to take ownership of our finance platforms and ensure they operate efficiently, accurately, and in line with business and compliance requirements. In this role, you’ll act as a key link between Finance, Technology, and a range of business stakeholders, helping shape system enhancements, automation opportunities, and data‑driven insights that support organisational performance. Key responsibilities include: Managing and supporting TechOne Financials - to maintain reliability, data quality, and alignment with business processes. Delivering system upgrades, configuration updates, and contributing to longer‑term system planning alongside vendors and internal teams. Building and refining reports, dashboards, and analytical tools to improve visibility and support timely financial decision‑making. Participating in finance system initiatives, including new implementations, integration work, and automation projects, ensuring solutions meet technical and compliance standards. Working closely with stakeholders and external partners to deliver enhancements and provide user support through training, guidance, and documentation. Supporting governance and risk practices by ensuring data accuracy, audit readiness, and adherence to financial control frameworks. Driving ongoing improvements by identifying opportunities to streamline processes and adopt emerging technologies. This position is available on a permanent full‑time basis and can be based in Perth, Brisbane, Sydney, or Melbourne. About You You’re a technically capable and detail‑driven professional with a passion for improving finance systems and enhancing the way people interact with them. You enjoy collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders and can balance operational needs with strategic system improvements. To succeed in this role, you will ideally bring: A tertiary qualification in Finance, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field—or equivalent hands‑on experience. At least five years’ experience supporting enterprise finance systems, including involvement in upgrades, integrations, and system optimisation. Strong knowledge of ERP platforms (preferably TechOne Financials) and confidence using SQL to extract and connect data. Broad technical capability across financial applications, databases, low‑code tools, and data analytics. Excellent analytical thinking with the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non‑technical stakeholders. Strong organisation and stakeholder relationship skills, with a track record of delivering outcomes in fast‑moving environments.
