The Opportunity
Veolia ANZ is recruiting an experienced Bulk Liquid & Packaged Waste Manager to lead our Liquid, Hazardous Collections & Transport Division at Arndell Park. You'll be responsible for managing team performance and controlling budgeted operating costs across the Industrial Liquid, Greasetrap, and Packaged Waste Business Units.

Responsibilities
* Lead weekly P&L reviews and manage budgeted operating costs
* Ensure driver safety and COR compliance across all teams
* Oversee daily operational runsheets (Bulk Liquid and Package Waste)
* Approve purchase orders and weekly wages
* Conduct fortnightly reconciliation meetings with Billing, Sales, and Operations
* Manage stakeholder relationships regarding contracts and issues
* Provide operational cover during unplanned absences
* Support the Liquid, Hazardous & Medical Business Manager Metro
Qualifications
* Demonstrated experience in a contract management or commercial leadership role
* A solid operational background with the ability to maintain meaningful oversight of site‐based service delivery
* Proven ability to manage and grow senior client relationships with professionalism and confidence
* Strong computer literacy skills, including proficiency in Google Suite,
* Valid driver's licence
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
* Sound analytical skills with the ability to interpret and report on data
* Competent computer skills
* A genuine commitment to safety and a positive, can‐do attitude
