We are seeking a skilled professional to deliver exceptional customer service, conduct centre tours and showcase facilities. The ideal candidate will maintain centre presentation, cleanliness and operational duties while achieving key performance indicators (KPIs).
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver exceptional customer service by guiding customers in making informed storage choices.
* Conduct centre tours and showcase facilities to clients.
* Maintain centre presentation, cleanliness and operational duties to ensure a safe and secure environment.
* Action administration tasks such as customer contracts and insurance claims in a timely manner.
* Achieve KPIs to maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and sales performance.
About You
To succeed in this role, you will possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach. Proficiency in technology and multitasking is essential, along with motivation and a proactive attitude. A growth mindset and willingness to learn are also required, as well as the ability to work well in a team and autonomously.
