We are looking for a Management Accountant to join our Virginia manufacturing site, where you'll work at the intersection of Finance and Operations, turning data into insights that directly improve factory performance. This is not a typical desk‐based finance role. You'll be embedded in the business, partnering with Manufacturing teams to improve efficiency, reduce cost and drive better operational decisions.
What You'll Be Doing
* Partner with Manufacturing (Core Focus)
o Work closely with Manufacturing Managers and Team Leaders
o Analyse production performance (yield, waste, efficiency)
o Translate data into clear actions on the factory floor
* Product Costing & Commercial Insight
o Own product costing across the site (including NPD and value engineering)
o Model the financial impact of production and process changes
* Financial Reporting & Planning
o Manage the monthly close process and reporting
o Support forecasting, budgeting, and performance tracking
o Provide cost centre reporting and analysis
* Performance Improvement & Projects
o Identify and quantify cost‐saving opportunities
o Support capital projects and operational improvement initiatives

The Ingredients for Success
* Experience in management or commercial accounting, ideally within FMCG or manufacturing
* Exposure to product costing or operational finance environments
* Strong analytical capability and Excel skills
* Ability to turn data into clear, practical insights
* Confident communicator who can engage with non‐finance stakeholders
Note — CA/CPA is helpful, but not essential — we value commercial thinking and an operational mindset.
