What You'll Be Doing:
* Operating and maintaining audio-visual and sound equipment for live events, performances, conferences, gala dinners, school graduations, exhibitions, and much much more.
* Setting up and troubleshooting technical equipment to ensure smooth execution of events.
* Collaborating with the production and events teams to deliver tailored technical solutions for clients.
* Providing on-site support and oversight during events to maintain the highest standards.
* Maintaining and ensuring the upkeep of technical equipment and infrastructure.
* Continuously learning and adapting to stay up to date with industry trends and best practices.
What We're Looking For:
* Proven experience as an audio/visual & sound technician, ideally in the events or production industry.
* Strong technical expertise in operating audio, visual, sound, and lighting equipment, with some knowledge of theming.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work calmly under pressure.
* Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with clients and team members.
* Relevant qualifications or certifications in audio engineering, technical production, or a related field.
* A passion for live events and commitment to delivering exceptional experiences.
