LAPTOP AND MOBILE PHONE TECHNICIAN
We are looking for a bright, technically-minded individual with a passion for electronics to join us as an Electronic Technician at our Ravenhall (Melbourne) branch at Marks Electronics:
Applicants with Experience and qualifications in the below fields are encouraged to apply:
- Experience in the diagnoses and repair of LAPTOP'S
- Experience in the diagnoses and repair of MOBILE PHONES
The successful applicant will be:
- Performing diagnostics
- Replacing faulty components
- Updating system board firmware
- Updating service records
- Reporting to Manufacture on common faults issues
Duties include:
- Diagnose, troubleshoot and repair customers' devices
- Quality assurance and manufacture reporting
- Ensuring that all repairs meet or exceed manufacturers quality standards
- Maintain a high level of customer service at all time
All applicants must possess the following:
- Recent experience in Electronic Repairs.
- Ability to follow instructions/procedures.
- Good overall troubleshooting ability.
- Passion of IT hardware and willingness to take initiative.
- Punctual, reliable and resourceful.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Current License and reliable transport.
Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Ravenhall, VIC 3023: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
