* Office location – Dubbo; some travel required.
* Salary relative to experience and ranges from $99,938 to $110,271 + super

The role

Are you ready to take on a role where every day brings a new landscape—literally?

We're looking for a Senior Property Management Officer who's passionate about land stewardship, thrives on complexity, and enjoys working with a wide range of stakeholders to ensure Crown land is managed responsibly and sustainably.

In this role, you'll be part of a team that protects, activates, and enhances some of the state's most important public land. You'll combine technical land status expertise, customer service, and project contributions that make a real difference to communities across NSW.

What you will bring to the role

* Solving complex land and tenure puzzles
* Balancing office‑based analysis
* Working with diverse stakeholders—from community groups to government agencies
* Managing competing priorities with professionalism and accuracy
* Contributing to meaningful projects that shape the future of public land

What is an essential requirement:

* Certificate IV in Land Administration or Property Management or equivalent experience in property management and land administration.
* Current drivers licence
