Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage the optimal operation of bed-based mental health services across North and North West Tasmania.
* Provide clinical leadership to staff and managerial oversight for designated services in your portfolio.
* Deliver high-level advice on clinical standards, education, and complex service issues.
* Drive strategic direction for nursing services, professional standards, and quality of care.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* An in-depth knowledge and understanding of contemporary mental health nursing practice.
* A comprehensive understanding of, and experience in, leading and implementing integrated consumer focused care across specialist practice settings.
* Proven high level experience and ability in managing human, financial, and material resources.
