The role
CTP Claims Specialist |Brisbane | Multiple Opportunities Available Looking to build specialist expertise in personal injury claims while working alongside legal and medical professionals? We're partnering with a leading insurer currently growing their Queensland CTP team and looking for experienced claims professionals to join a specialised personal injury environment. This role is ideal for someone from claims, workers compensation, legal support, injury management or allied health who enjoys managing stakeholders, solving problems and driving outcomes. You'll work closely with solicitors, barristers, medical professionals and rehabilitation providers while managing personal injury claims through the claims lifecycle. What you'll be doing: • Managing CTP personal injury claims from start to finish • Reviewing medical information and supporting documentation • Working closely with legal and medical stakeholders • Making informed decisions and progressing claims • Building strong relationships across multiple parties • Delivering fair and timely outcomes What we're looking for: • CTP, Workers Compensation or Personal Injury Claims experience • Legal Assistant or Paralegal backgrounds • Allied Health, Rehabilitation or Return to Work experience • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills • Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities What's on offer? • $85,000 - $100,000 package (depending on experience) • Hybrid working following training • Structured development and mentoring • Exposure to complex personal injury claims • Clear progression into senior and specialist pathways • Supportive team culture within a leading national insurer If you're looking for a role that offers variety, technical development and genuine career progression, we'd love to hear from you.
