**About the role**:
As the welcoming face and first point of contact for visitors to Warrigal Queanbeyan, and will provide professional assistance and services to all customers and the wider community. Using your excellent customer service and communication skills you will develop high quality professional customer relationships. You will also support the General Manager by completing various administrative tasks in the day-to-day operation of Warrigal Queanbeyan.
**To be successful you will need**:
- Minimum of 2 years customer service experience in a customer facing role
- Sound Computer literacy skills for accurate and efficient documentation
- Demonstrated understanding of and experience delivering exceptional customer centered service outcomes
- Experience in consistently developing and maintaining inspiring customer relationships
- Demonstrated strengths in the areas of planning, time management, flexibility and technology use
- An understanding of the needs of older people
